Conor Oberst and his genius

Conor Oberst released his newest album (technically not a Bright Eyes album) a couple of months ago, and it hadn't occurred to me until I saw a video for one of the tracks from it on a website that I should encourage all of you people to check it out.
Not a traditional Bright Eyes album (simply due to the absence of Mike Moogis) this album still sounds like the acoustic folksy Bright Eyes introduced in last two albums (I'm Wide Awake It's Morning and Cassadega). Oberst reportedly wrote the songs after (or during) a trip to Mexico, and it shows in the music. The album is overall a sunny and more carefree approach to folk that Oberst has turned out in the past. Check out the video for one of the standout tracks:
