Arthur Ross Drops the Groovy as Fuck "Unstable Love"

Until Michael Angelakos gets off his ass and finishes the new Passion Pit, do yourself a favor and rock out to Arthur Ross' groovy as shit dance/dream pop anthem "Unstable Love".
Taking a big left turn from his earlier work, Ross seems to have really found a comfortable pocket for himself in the world of electronic music. His work under the Oral Genocide moniker certainly showed promise (check out tracks "Ayhnyoung" and "Night Terrors"), but lacked the focus of his newer work.  "Unstable Love" shows a newly inspired Ross playing towards a much friendlier accessible sound, and absolutely nailing it. "Unstable Love" is built around a bouncing bass line, warmed by a some lo-fi fuzz, paced by some charmingly simple drum samples, and flourishes with with Ross' high pitch vocal samples. It's pretty everything you love about pop music.
It seems that providing low end for Seattles The West has sparked Ross back to life, and I for one, couldn't be happier. Check out "Unstable Love" right here.
